Anna Kitney is a business mentor, advisor, and thought leader who has spent more than 25 years helping visionary women expand their businesses, elevate their leadership, and create lives of greater freedom, purpose, and fulfilment.
Her work sits at the intersection of business strategy, identity, and conscious leadership. Rather than teaching women to do more, she helps them think differently, lead more intentionally, and build businesses that support the lives they truly want to live.

Nestled in Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi, the hilltop village perched between two gulfs, Villa Solatia commands panoramic views across both the Gulf of Naples and the Gulf of Salerno. This is where every session, every long Italian lunch and every celebration takes place.
Two swimming pools with sea views. Lush organic gardens. Hot tub and solarium. Pool bar. Outdoor terraces. Throughout the four retreat days, the villa and its grounds are yours to enjoy.
