1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your purchase of and participation in any services, programmes, events, retreats, digital products, or mentorship offerings provided by Anna Kitney International L.L.C-FZ (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, or participating in any of our offerings, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.

2. SERVICES COVERED

This Agreement applies to all Company offerings, including but not limited to:

Private 1:1 coaching and mentorship
Masterminds
Group programmes
In-person retreats and live events
Digital courses and online trainings
Workshops and masterclasses
Any hybrid online/offline offering

3. PAYMENT TERMS

3.1 Fees

All fees are stated at the time of purchase. Prices may be listed in GBP, USD, AED, or other currencies as specified.

3.2 Deposits

Where applicable, deposits are:

Non-refundable
Non-transferable
Applied toward the total programme fee

3.3 Payment Plans

If you elect to pay via instalments:

You are legally obligated to complete all payments.
Payment plans are not subscriptions and may not be cancelled.
Exception is subscriptions set as a rolling contract.
You remain fully responsible for the total programme fee regardless of participation level.
Failure to complete payments does not release you from this Agreement.

If a payment fails:

We may retry the payment automatically.
You agree to provide updated payment details upon request.
We reserve the right to suspend access while payments all are outstanding.
The full outstanding balance may become immediately due and payable.

The Company reserves the right to pursue legal recovery of unpaid balances, including collection fees and legal costs where permitted under UAE law.

4. NO REFUND POLICY

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Due to the nature of digital content, intellectual property access, limited-capacity programmes, and live events:

No refunds will be issued once access is granted.
No refunds will be issued for non-attendance.
No refunds will be issued due to change of mind.

Retreat payments are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the Company.

If the Company cancels an event, liability is limited strictly to the amount paid to the Company. We are not responsible for flights, accommodation, or travel costs.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

You acknowledge that:

Results depend on your decisions, implementation, personal effort, and external factors beyond our control.
Participation does not create any partnership, employment, or joint venture relationship.
You are solely responsible for your business decisions, financial outcomes, health decisions, and actions taken following participation.

6. RETREATS & LIVE EVENTS

For in-person retreats and events:

You are responsible for your own travel, accommodation (unless explicitly included), insurance, visas, and related costs.
You agree to behave professionally and respectfully at all times.
The Company reserves the right to remove any participant for disruptive behaviour without refund.

Participation is at your own risk.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials provided — including but not limited to:

Training content
Recordings
Workbooks
Frameworks
Methodologies
Branding
Concepts
Written or verbal teachings

— remain the sole intellectual property of Anna Kitney International L.L.C-FZ.

You may not:

Copy
Share
Distribute
Reproduce
Teach
Repurpose
Resell
Record
Screenshot without expressed permission

Any part of our content without express written consent.

Breach may result in immediate termination and legal action.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY

You agree to maintain confidentiality regarding:

Information shared by other participants
Private coaching discussions
Proprietary frameworks

This obligation survives termination of this Agreement.

9. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate your participation without refund if:

You breach these Terms
You engage in harassment or disruptive conduct
You violate confidentiality
You infringe intellectual property
You fail to honour payment obligations

All outstanding balances remain payable.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:

The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific programme.

11. FORCE MAJEURE

The Company shall not be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Acts of God
Government restrictions
Travel bans
Natural disasters
Illness
Technical failures

In such cases, services may be rescheduled or delivered in an alternative format.

12. FINAL DISCLAIMER

12.1 No Revenue or Income Guarantee

The Company makes no guarantees regarding financial results, revenue generation, business growth, client acquisition, or profitability.

Any examples of earnings, client results, or testimonials are illustrative only and do not represent a guarantee that you will achieve similar outcomes.

Your results depend entirely on your effort, decisions, experience, market conditions, and numerous variables beyond our control.

12.2 No Medical or Health Guarantees

The Company does not guarantee medical results, health improvements, or cures of any condition.

We do not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure medical or psychological conditions.

Any discussion of wellbeing, energetics, mindset, or personal transformation is for educational purposes only.

You are solely responsible for seeking appropriate medical or professional advice where required.

13. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Anna Kitney International L.L.C-FZ and supersedes all prior discussions, representations, or agreements.
